FA Registered intermediary

Only individuals and companies registered with The FA as Intermediaries are authorised to conduct Intermediary Activity on behalf of Players and Clubs playing football in England.

Individuals and companies wishing to conduct any “Intermediary Activity” as defined under The FA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries (including entering into a Representation Contract with a client) must be registered with The FA as Intermediaries beforehand.

Players that intend to use an intermediary must ensure that they have a written representation contract in place. A player's contract with an intermediary should be for a period of no more than 2 years.
